Refund policy

REFUND POLICY:
We do initiate refund for cancellation of an order after 5-7 working days that processes to your original mode of payment. Just only if the cancellation is done here before shipping to you at our end. Hence, once the order dispatches we do not accept cancellations. If customer/consumer wants to reject the order at delivery then there will a fee penalty (may be delivery charges).

RETURN POLICY:
No Return Policy In case of Consumer Unavailability at the given address or OTP not verified by the receiver, the consumer would then be liable for the penalty of 250/- or the order value whichever is higher, as the order is returned in safe and secured manner we initiate refund.

If anyhow you do not like our product and would like to return it you need to email us your very concern. The idea of returning an order shall be entertained, only if your query for the same reaches us within 24 hours.
